Community Transport
Pulborough & District Community Care Association want to help those of our community who are unable to access essential medical appointments.
Description
Volunteer drivers use their own cars to help local people who have difficulty in using public transport, to get to essential medical appointments. There is also a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to enable the transportation of wheelchair users. A small charge is made to cover petrol expenses. For people who are in receipt of an assisted pension or other government help, transport costs may be refunded by the NHS.
